Dr. Ghazala has over twelve years of experience working with medical billing and coding companies in the U.S. and abroad, incorporating the most appropriate ICD/CPT codes and ensuring timely and efficient billing, revenue reimbursement, and collections from insurance carriers and patients.
She obtained her medical degree (M.B.B.S.) from Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi, Pakistan, and completed residency training in Emergency Medicine and Cardiology at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, Karachi. Her career spans practice as a Family Physician, Resident Medical Officer in Obstetrics & Gynecology at King Abdul Aziz Specialist Hospital, Taif, Saudi Arabia, and Senior Authorization Officer at Daman Health Insurance, Abu Dhabi, UAE, followed by billing and credentialing roles at Doctors Medical Group, New York and Integrated Health Care, Tinley Park, IL. She is currently affiliated with Elite Practice Partners Inc. and Chicago Infectious Disease Physicians.
Dr. Nomani possesses vast experience in the field of medicine, both as a clinician and a health care administrator. He obtained his medical degree from Sindh Medical College, University of Karachi, Pakistan.
As the chief practice administrator and manager, he organizes the practice’s busy clinics and in-patient services and coordinates between healthcare providers and patients.
As an experienced and compassionate patient’s advocate, Dr. Nomani helps and guides patients with their clinic appointments, health insurance matters, medication prescriptions and pre-authorizations, and referrals, as well as finding solutions and providing useful resources to benefit patients.
Blanca Palacios is the practice’s office secretary and scheduler, coordinating appointments across all clinic locations and serving as a first point of contact for patients.
Sepas Siddiqui helps organize and facilitate the practice’s day-to-day operations by coordinating between patients and the healthcare team, assisting the Practice Manager in organizing and maintaining office records.
As a patient’s liaison officer, Sepas plays an important role in developing and maintaining the patient-provider relationship, aiding patients with their appointments, clinical documentation, and follow-ups.
He provides technical support for the electronic database entry and records into the EHR (Practice Fusion), integrating telemedicine and the patient portal, moderating the website and email communications, and ensuring implementation of quality and risk assessment measures.
